Entrance

Into a bright and sunny open plan living area with open plan

kitchen dinning and sitting area. Original oak beams and polished wood floors with rugs contrast well with the two 2 seater leather

sofas and substantial light oak coffee and occasional tables. There

is a flat screen HD tv, separate DVD player and radio with iPod dock.


Kitchen 


Well designed with excellent cupboard storage, and worktop area.

Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cafetiere, electric cooker/oven, blender, scale, toaster, kettle etc.


Lobby/Utility


Tiled floor, ideal for boots after a good walk. Stable doors open 

onto a terrace and garden with quality furniture.

The washing machine and freezer are housed here as is the utility

cupboard with ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and central heating boiler.

Off the lobby is a separate cloakroom WC and handbasin. There are stairs to the first floor with handrails on both sides.


Master Bedroom


A very spacious beamed and vaulted room highlighted by Tiffany 

uplighters. Views over woodlad and fields. Polished wooden floors with deep pile rugs. Double bed with Sealy mattress, bedside cabinets with lights, wardrobe with drawer, cheval mirror, chair, chest of drawers with mirror atop and hairdryer. Blackout blinds.

South Barn enjoys enclosed private garden laid to lawn and paved around with a patio, table and chairs to the rear.

Parking for 2 cars is to the rear of the garden. Secure cycle brackets are to the rear of the barn.


Special Information


Bed linen, towels and energy costs are included in the price. Please bring your own towels for beach/outdoor use. There is a refundable £150 Good Housekeeping Deposit.
